Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
