Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Complete any other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely operate store equipment
• Work independently and in a team
• Stay organized, attentive to detail, and multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
