We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Job Type

• Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
