Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
