Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
