Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies, follow company procedures, and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
