Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures
• Perform store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory
• Follow company policies and uphold document security

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
