Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, perform general cleaning duties, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
