Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI's new store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize errors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
