Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, aid customers in their shopping journey, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management, participate in inventory counts, and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security and confidentiality, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation, equipment handling, and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma is preferred, and prior retail experience is a plus.
