Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for running your own store successfully. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage schedules and staffing, develop action plans, and lead and mentor the store team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to provide top-notch customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage customer concerns and maintain store standards and product quality.
• Assist in hiring store personnel and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Conduct store meetings, provide training opportunities, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
