Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement the company's core values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans to optimize store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure product quality, store signage, and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance management.
• Monitor and achieve financial targets, including payroll budgets and inventory control.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience, managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Flexible to travel within the assigned division.
