We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all store operations effectively. Your main responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, scheduling, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and fostering team growth.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead and inspire others.
• Strong understanding of retail management principles.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, with management experience preferred.
