Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for successfully managing store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. This role offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour with an estimated earning potential of up to $101,000 in the first year, inclusive of salary and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage store staffing, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Ensure store signage and product quality are maintained at high standards.
• Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations for store personnel.
• Monitor budget targets, inventory levels, and competitive market trends to drive store success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of retail management principles and operational procedures.
• Experience in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations as part of the training program.
