Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing a store effectively. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, scheduling, and implementing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage and product quality.
• Participate in the hiring process and prepare work schedules.
• Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide training opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in retail and prior management experience preferred.
