We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and store expenses.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Flexible to travel for training within divisional requirements.
