We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing a store. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs and schedules, and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.

• Manage customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and create weekly schedules.

• Monitor budget targets, conduct cash audits, and recommend product selections.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
