Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, mentoring your team, and developing operational strategies. This position offers a starting wage of $26.25 per hour with an estimated earning potential of up to $98,500 in the first year (inclusive of salary and bonuses).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies, communicate core values, and foster teamwork among employees.
• Hire, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Maintain store presentation, product quality, and signage.
• Manage budgets, conduct cash audits, and monitor inventory levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and uphold company policies.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to travel as required for training within the division.
