Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, develop action plans, and mentor the team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Understand and communicate the company's strategy and values to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Handle customer concerns and maintain product quality and signage standards.
  • Participate in personnel hiring, scheduling, and training.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and drive team development.
  • Manage store payroll, budgets, inventory, and merchandising.
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting company policies and procedures.
  • Retail management experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
