Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, preparing you for a successful leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while nurturing team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Understand and promote company values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Address customer concerns and maintain product quality standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store staff.
• Manage scheduling and maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor store budget and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail management principles.
• Operational and budgeting experience.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
