Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and learn the ins and outs of successfully managing a store. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising daily store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and growing your team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
