Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of running and managing your own store efficiently. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, implementing operational plans, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of store personnel.
• Develop and revise schedules to achieve optimal staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor store budgets, profit margins, and inventory levels.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to travel within designated areas.
