Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Grocery Stockers. As a Grocery Stocker, you will play a vital role in maintaining our shelves, organizing new inventory, ensuring product freshness, and operating store machinery while delivering exceptional customer service.

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Stock shelves following planograms for well-merchandised displays
• Operate machinery safely and adhere to all safety procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store cleanliness
• Follow inventory procedures and minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and time management skills
