Purpose
The Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional fitness environment by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. Responsibilities include maintaining competitive class schedules, recruiting top talent, and ensuring members receive a motivating and community-driven experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches.
- Drive Studio and Group Fitness performance to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through equipment maintenance and flawless program execution.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a strong sense of community within the team.
