Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a renowned fitness brand centered on unity and community. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness utilization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage talented Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve and exceed financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Studio and Group Fitness.
• Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe fitness spaces, executing flawless programming, and providing ongoing training and support to instructors.
• Foster a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team to deliver exceptional fitness programs that motivate and uplift our members.
