Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead our fitness team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional "UPLIFT" VASA experience by enhancing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, achieving KPIs, and providing a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and schedule talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to maximize STUDIO/Group Fitness usage and exceed financial targets.
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-equipped STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces, executing all VASA initiatives flawlessly.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver exceptional classes and maintain high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, address member concerns, and create a community-focused culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fitness leadership role.
• Strong understanding of fitness industry trends and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fitness, health, and creating an uplifting experience for members.
• Fitness certification is a plus.
