We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness Program Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a vital role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, maximizing studio and group fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive member engagement.
• Monitor and analyze studio and group fitness performance to meet and exceed financial targets and KPIs.
• Optimize class schedules to be competitive, trendy, and convenient for members.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
• Create a culture of enthusiasm, connection, and exceptional customer service.
