Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Group Fitness Program Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of Group Fitness Instructors and Studio Coaches.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by creating competitive and on-trend class schedules.
- Achieve financial targets and KPIs through performance analysis and driving attendance.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by ensuring clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness spaces.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Create a positive and engaging community within the team and among members.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
