Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Local City Driver / Forklift Operator on a full-time basis in Brooklyn, NY. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations near the consolidation/distribution center, as well as loading and unloading trailers using standard procedures.

General Description of Duties

• Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilize standard techniques, technology, and procedures for loading and unloading trailers.
• Actual duties and schedule may vary depending on terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience required.
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
• Good stable work record and safe driving history.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
