Job Description
We are looking for a Local City Driver/Forklift Operator to join our team in Reno, NV at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a critical part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations near our consolidation center, as well as handling loading and unloading tasks using the same techniques employed by dock workers. General Description of Duties
- Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations near the consolidation center.
- Load and unload trailers utilizing procedures like a dock worker.
- Duties and schedule may vary by terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training may be available for less experienced candidates).
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements; no automatic restriction.
- Good stable work record.
- Safe driving record.
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
