Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Care LPN to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. This position offers the opportunity to work full time, part time, or per diem, with competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
