Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers a competitive pay range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour with flexible hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
