Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team in New Castle County, DE. Our LPNs provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
