Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
