Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare. As an integral part of our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
