Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes as per company and manufacturer specifications.
- Start-up air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote products and services.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers on technical skills and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficient in installation of HVAC equipment, duct work, and related accessories.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
