Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join the Comfort Masters - Service Experts team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial clients, diagnosing and resolving customer problems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls independently.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems professionally and accurately.
• Inspect and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Prevent premature breakdowns by identifying potential equipment problems.
• Deliver excellent customer service, promote products and services, and maintain company property and tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, technical training certification, and 3-5 years of HVAC experience required.
• Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with little supervision.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
