Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment efficiently.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery.
• Ensure excellent customer service, promote products, and maintain company property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years' HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certification required.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license, ability to work flexible hours, and lift heavy items.
