Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician Lead to join our team at Pine State Services - Service Experts in Westbrook, Maine. As a Lead Service Technician, you will work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Promote products and services to customers and generate sales leads.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years' HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by laws or regulations.
• Skilled in servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, lift heavy items, and work in various environmental conditions.
