Job Description
Join Nestlé Information Technology as an IT Innovation Manager to lead digital innovation initiatives in Nestlé North America. You will be responsible for delivering digital solutions, prototyping, and investing in forward-looking concepts. Your role will involve managing product offerings from idea creation to launch, building business cases, defining requirements, and fostering an innovative culture.
Responsibilities
- Self-manage the product offering lifecycle
- Build business cases and define requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise and conflict resolution
- Build structured plans for managing workloads
- Explain and stimulate innovation methodologies
- Scout technology advancements and manage pilots
- Iterate prototypes based on end user feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- 3+ years in Digital Product Development or Innovation
- Experience in Design Thinking and AI/ML initiatives
Preference
- Understanding of project/product management methodologies
- Experience in product development lifecycle and customer research
- Experience with startups, incubators, and accelerators
The pay range for this position is $115,000 - $175,000 and includes performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
