Licensed Nurse for Night Shift 6p to 6a

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Licensed Nurse for the night shift (6p to 6a), you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing services and contribute to resident well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Active nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of employment.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
