Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lebanon Center. This position offers flexible scheduling for day, evening, and night shifts with competitive new wages. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.

- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
