Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care and monitor patient condition changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and administer medications/treatments.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Hold current BLS/CPR certification.
