Exeter Center, located in beautiful Exeter, NH, is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Our facility offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care services. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and overall satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, communicate changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and support unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
