Job Description

Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our residents and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Delegate duties and monitor work performance of nursing personnel.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, reporting changes to physicians.
• Implement physician's orders and notify of emergencies or patient deaths.
• Perform additional assigned duties to support patient care.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Hold a current, valid license from the Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and cover emergencies.
• Provide quality nursing care to patients with a focus on geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification required annually.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as necessary.
