Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bethlehem South Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients/residents. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
