Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services and compassionate care to our patients and residents. Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
