Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
