Job Description
Elm Wood is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
