Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health, where you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. As an LPN, your responsibilities include evaluating patients, administering medications, supervising patient care, and contributing to care planning.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending state-issued LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
